DAY AND OVERNIGHT

Postpartum support for families with new babies.

Support and care for mom after giving birth.

Lactation support, care for the newborn while mom rests/showers ect., light house work, meal prep, nourishing meals cooked towards recovery, tending to older children while mom bonds with baby and more

HypnoBirthing Class Link

HypnoBirthing is a 5 week course designed to teach parents to have a calm and empowering experience with the birth of their baby.

Classes are once a week for 2.5 hours.

The Breezy Doula families receive a bundle of doula support & eduacation at a discount.

Spinning Babies® Parent Class Link

A Two Hour Class that helps a mother and her partner build confidence in pregnancy and labor.

Ashley Shapiro Lactation offers consultations for Prenatal, Postpartum, and Infancy and beyond. What makes me unique is that I have my Bachelors of Science in Nursing! I have experience working as a Postpartum RN (Registered Nurse) on the Mother Baby Unit and a Baby Nurse on Labor and Delivery. This is an added bonus because I can provide tips and tricks for the family unit and have experience with complex medical issues that can affect breastfeeding. Whether you plan to breastfeed, combination feed, or formula feed I want to support you!

A single visit at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum we’ll help with newborn basics to help make you feel confident in motherhood. We will teach you how to baby wear with a wrap, set up feeding and postpartum stations, answer questions about breast or bottle feeding, safe sleep tips, bathing baby, safe products to use and evidence based tips on newborn care. Think of it as a visit with your best friend who will support you and help you and your partner with parenthood.

A single visit to help with nursery organization, unpacking and putting away baby shower gifts, building the crib, stroller and nursery decor, light home cleaning, setting up postpartum and nursing stations, do baby’s laundry and of course, emotional support to have you mentally prepared for baby!
