As a mother of two and a fire wife, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and joys of building a family. My own two positive birth experiences sparked a passion within me to support others in achieving empowering and transformative births. This passion led me to become a certified doula and childbirth educator, dedicated to providing guidance, education, and emotional support to families as they navigate the journey of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Now, as the owner of this amazing team of doulas, I'm proud to be able to extend this support to even more families, helping them feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

I am born and raised here in Southern Orange County, have two kiddos with a hardworking husband and we love the sunshine and getting outside with the kids at every chance we can get! I feel like my personality stems from nature, sounds hippy but we are all connected through Mother Earth if you think about it. I think that’s why I hold so much passion for birth work and the new life it presents to all things around us.
My desire to becoming a birth worker started to grow when my daughter came into this world, but I didn’t tap into my maternal instincts of all the birthing possibilities until my second birth of my son. The empowerment I felt with each birth, being vulnerable but also so deeply rooted within my own mind and body on what I had just accomplished blossomed a confidence so trustworthy that this new walk of life into motherhood was going to be absolutely life changing! And I wanted to share it. I understood how much passion I had to pay it forward to ensure that every woman should feel confident in her self, her birth story, and motherhood- regardless on how you birth your child. Not only are you birthing new life to your baby, but to yourself as a mother as well. I believe your birth story shapes and defines yourself as a mother and it is my goal as your doula to ensure you feel confident in that.
The most amazing gift of being a doula is being the advocate and emotional support for women while they are in the biggest transformation of their life, whether they are bringing their first child into this world as a new mother or a seasoned mother for her last baby, to be in the same presence of this magical moment is a true honor and is so important. It is my sole purpose as your birthing partner to take the worry, self doubt, and fear, of “can I do this?” To “I CAN do this”. Helping you feel confident in your birth.

My name is Kalista and I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula based in Whittier, CA! I am currently serving LA County, Orange County, and parts of the Inland Empire.
In my every day life, I own an all natural body care business and I am a Sound Bath Healer. From the time I was 16, I was always interested in helping myself and others heal! First, this manifested itself when I launched Botanical Bliss; my chemical free body care line, made from pure and natural ingredients. After creating a business that helped to heal people from the outside in, I wanted to dive into something even more holistic and spiritual; Sound Bath Meditation. Hello! I’m Michele and I am a certified Birth Doula. I’ve been married to my husband, Michael, for 38 years and together we have raised three sons. Somewhere along the way they all grew up and I love nothing more than cheering them on in life.
My favorite places to be are my garden, attending my husbands concerts, cooking big meals for my friends and family and rooting for our beloved Denver Broncos - though that one isn’t always as fun as it should be. =)

Currently studying pre-med psychology at Irvine Valley College, with plans to transfer to the University of California, Irvine. My vision is to bridge eastern medicine practices with conventional healthcare, fostering a holistic approach to wellness across America.
My journey into doula work began about three years ago when a family member was pregnant. Having just completed a child development class, I found myself providing support and education throughout her pregnancy and childbirth, acting as her doula without realizing it at the time. This experience ignited my passion for supporting mothers and families, and I quickly became devoted to this path.
I completed an internship at South Coast Midwifery, a birth center where I gained invaluable hands-on experience. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting 24 families, empowering them as they navigate their unique journeys into parenthood.
As a doula, I cherish the opportunity to reassure mothers that their bodies are designed for childbirth and that their choices are valid. Creating a nurturing environment during this transformative time is essential, and the connections I form with my clients are deeply meaningful.

My love for lactation started in 2018 when I personally went through breastfeeding challenges with my child.
