Your sacrum and tailbone will be in the way and the pelvis will be closed off leaving only a narrow space for baby. 👉🏻TRY THIS: 👍🏻 Knees in toes out will open the outlet of the pelvis 👍🏻Side pushing with one leg held up by a partner 👍🏻 Lunge or Squat with one leg up to open one side of the pelvis if baby is still high up YES!!! ALL of these can be done with an epidural. INCLUDING hands and knees. We LOVE Shaking the Apples! 🍎 🚨This technique can help release tension, adrenaline, and lactic acid build-up. It can also help relax muscles in the buttocks, which can create more room for the baby to move. Shaking the apples can also help with rotation and decent of the baby during labor. 🩷How to do it A birth partner can vigorously rub and shake the mother’s back, hips, bottom, and legs. The partner should start gently and increase the speed and pressure. My name is Bree and I am the team leader of The Breezy Doula. I am a DONA Certified Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, and Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator. After the birth of my two babies, I wanted women and their families to experience the same positive and peaceful journey into parenthood that I had. You deserve support, regardless of the birth or postpartum experience you desire.

So, how does it work?

Start with an inquiry on our “contact” tab to be matched with the best doula in your area, within your budget and available for your due time. Then your doula (or doulas) will contact you for a FREE consultation. This may be a phone call or video call. Our packages are listed online, and your doula will send them to you directly with their pricing. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract that locks in your estimated due date.
